DAN'S GREEN CHILE
A typical Santa Fe dish, this would tide us over until we could get back to the land of enchantment.
(Makes 6 servings.)
5 cups WATER
2 cubes KNORR CHICKEN BULLION
1 carton BUENO FROZEN GREEN CHILES [HOT]
1/2 pound GROUND TURKEY
1 ONION
1 can KUNER'S CHILE BEANS
CUMIN
OREGANO
2 cloves GARLIC
BLACK PEPPER
SAGE
THYME
GARLIC SALT
DEFROST CHILES IN BOILING BROTH.
SAUTE TURKEY AND ONIONS WITH GARLIC, SALT, PEPPER, AND SAGE.
ADD TO BROTH AND SEASON WITH REMAINING INGREDIENTS.
ADD BEANS. COOK FOR 30 MINUTES.
