Maine, 2007. Wandering in the woods just before twilight I came across this evergreen sapling in the snow. There was just enough warmth that day to melt it's top and edges. Just enough sun to keep it reaching for the sky. Just enough blue light for me to capture it's final "Ta Da!" of the day.
